This recipe is amazing guys!! Its not too sweet and not too bitter. It’s Moist and Rich!! I figured y’all wouldn’t mind another recipe😁!!
Greasing the pan:
For the cake:
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1 cup butter, cubed
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups strong brewed coffee
1 1/2tsp. Rum extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 325F.
Generously grease a 10 in. Fluted pan with butter; dust with cocoa, tapping pan to coat evenly. Tap out excess cocoa.
In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Beat in sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in coffee and extracts.
In another bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly.
Pour into prepared pan. Cook in oven for 45-55 minutes or until come out clean with a toothpick. Cool for ten minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Enjoy!!
